I, among a lot of people here in Austin that I know, have that light colored grout in their kitchen. What we were thinking when we chose it, I will never know. It looked great when it was installed 10 years ago, but over time even with cleaning, it had become gray and nasty looking. It didn't help that our dog, whose old, has a bladder problem and urinated on it. We tried cleaning it ourselves with grout cleaning products, but had no luck. We stumbled accross Krystal Klean and decided to give them a try. I wasn't expecting any miracles since we had tried bleach and an assortment of other products with not much luck. They showed up time and got right to work. I am amazed at the finished product. It looks just like it did when we first had it installed. They even sealed it for us! I am going to have them come back in a few weeks to try them out on our carpet, which our dog has soiled as well. I'l llet you know how it turns out.
