Dr. Jennifer Ennis Lee is an outstanding veterinarian.\r \r I was a client of Dr. Joy Isbell. After speaking with Dr. Joy and meeting with Dr. Jennifer Ennis Lee about the continued care of my pets I decided to stay on as a client after the sale of Krum Veterinary Hospital to Dr. Lee. I can tell you that I have not been disappointed with the care of my pets and have always had a positive experience with both Dr. Lee and her staff. I have two geriatric dogs and two cats. They have a variety of health issues. The dogs require continue care, prescription medications, and special food. Dr. Lee and her staff have given, and always give, exceptional and compassionate patient care. As prices continue to increase in the pharmaceutical and medical establishment, Dr. Lee will go out of her way to find you less expensive alternatives and comparable medications, if available. There has never been a time when I have left feeling like enough had not been done to help my pets continue a happy and enjoyable life. \r \r Dr. Lee and her staff take patient care very seriously. If for some reason your pet needs a special surgery or critical care they cannot provide, they will go out of their way to find you that perfect veterinarian specialist or veterinarian facility that can assist you and your pet. Dr. Lee and her staff leave no stone unturned and will keep in touch with you and provide follow-up care if you request it. \r \r The groomer is wonderful. She is experienced and will personalize the groom for you if you request it. I have older pets with dry dull coats and every time I take them to be bathed and groomed they always come back to me with looking sharp, bright, shiny and smooth. \r \r The kennel staff are kind and responsive to the individual needs of the pets they care for. They pay attention to your pet’s cleanliness, medical needs, appearance and happiness. With the close supervision of Dr. Lee, they do their very best to see that your pet has a safe, happy, and healthy stay. \r \r The online pharmacy is comparable to other online pharmacies and in some cases even less. \r \r The Krum Veterinary Hospital under Dr. Lee’s management has become energetic, orderly, clean and professional. Dr. Joy was a wonderful doctor, however towards the beginning of 2012 Dr. Joy sold the practice to to Dr. Jennifer Ennis-Lee, since the new doctor has taken over there has been some major changes. It is obviously all about the money, every time you go in there something else is wrong with your animal that will cost hundreds of dollars to fix. Also the doctor will not let you buy heart worm prevention through a online pharmacy, she wants you to come in and pay more. There has been a ton of employee turnover since she took over. I have personally heard the doctor talking badly to her staff multiple times. Friends of my husband and I told us that a kennel employee admitted to them that the doctor struck their animal ""because it would not calm down"". I could go on and on with stories I have heard or witnessed in this animal hospital. If it was still Dr. Joy and the new staff I would rate it excellent, but as long as the new doctor is in charge I feel that she will continue to abuse the people in Krum, Texas trust. I have been a client of Dr Isbell for many years, and she takes care of my valuable pedigreed show cats. Dr Isbell has earned my trust because she is honest, professional, progressive and compassionate. She and her staff are very good with cats and handle animals gently. The staff is great and the clinic is clean. I am very particular and have hundreds of Veterinarians in my area to choose form but I drive 20 miles to see Dr. Isbell because she is the one I trust and offers the best care for my cats. Well worth the visit to Krum, Tx, just north of Denton. more

If you are looking for a vet to take care of your ""four-legged children"", this is the right place. Dr. Isbell is very knowledgeable and she keeps up with the lastest in vet care. She and her staff are very caring, always kind, and very patience with our dogs and us too! If I could go to any vet in the DFW metroplex, I would still go here. more

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Joy. My babies do not go anywhere else. She is the ONLY person that I allow to touch my fragile 3 lb. Chihuahua. She understands my concerns and respects my requests. She listens. She is VERY good with my three dogs. I've been to vets across Texas, and will now only go to her. We drive about 40 min's JUST to go there. I would drive further if necessary. I have NEVER had a problem there. I have had a few scary experiences at other vets in the past. I ONLY trust this vet. more

My cat and I love to come to Krum Vet hospital. The staff and the Doctor always make my kitty feel special. I am a bonafide germ-o-phobe and I love how clean and airy the rooms are! They are very progressive and have all the newest medicines and anesthesia! more
