Great People 4/8/2013

Just wanted to say this was my first time ordering from you and ordering online, which was always a scary thought for me. The ordering process was very simple, I had some questions and concerns as to whether i did it right and were my flowers really going to be delivered today. So i called and spoke to a Colleen, who took down my information and said she would call me back as soon as the computers were up for they were currently down. I thought, "well i will just have to wait and see if mom calls and says she received flowers, this lady is not going to call me back!" Within an hour Colleen called to confirm my delivery was all set and would be delivered today!! WOW!!!! Two hours later my mom calls to say she has received the most beautiful flowers she has ever received!!! What a pleasant experience!!! Kremp Florist will receive all my flower deliveries from here on out! Thank you for helping make my mom's birthday so very special!!! more

Not many businesses orperate like this one anymore and it warms my heart to know there is a few leftout there. more

I ordered a basic floral arrangement from your website and di not indicate anywhere in the order(other than the nassage) that is was for the birth of a baby boy.Your company went above and beyonf to decorate it wwtih blue ribbon and a "baby boy" decoritive sign in the arrangement. more
