Disappointed, dissatisfied and deceived. Not only was the design poor but they misled and swindled a consumer and above all of this, the recipient of the arrangement was treated in an unprofessional and very hostile manner. She is elderly and was shaken after being treated so aggressively.\r
Kremp Florist sent a different arrangement and it's unfortunate there is no way to post a picture of what Kremp delivered versus what the FTD website advertises their representatives will deliver. To say ""lackluster design' is mild. There were 4 roses, 4 tulips among paltry flowers yet they included a lot of ""filler."" If any ""substitutions were made"" it was not with flowers but greenery.\r
I selected the FTD ""best catagory"" ($100.00) of the ""Grace and Beauty"" design believing I was ordering the design pictured on the FTD website and was a big ""fail."" Except for the vase. Contacted FTD customer service the next day and FTD arranged for a redelivery. Specifically said to FTD as it was ""Mother's Day weekend a redelivery the following week would be fine."" When the Kremp driver/agent/temp was arrived he was rude, hostile and demanded the flowers that were originally delivered be given back before he gave her the replacement arrangement. He took the original arrangement back to the vehicle and returned with a box and said ""you shouldn't have complained."" This is unacceptable, inappropriate and even threatening. Furthermore, She did not complain. She did not know what she was to receive. This was a surprise for Mother's Day. It was after she sent a picture to me that I immediately recognized the glaringly obvious difference and contacted FTD. The ""improved"" arrangement was even SMALLER than the original and even more crude in design. Additionally, the replacement flowers were not in the Vera Wang vase promised on the FTD website. It seems this was done as a malicious attempt to punish the customer as there was such a vast and horrendous difference. \r
The picture of the ""Grace and Beauty"" arrangement was to have several roses and tulips. These are standard stock flowers. This was not an arrangement of exotics. The Kremp driver/agent/temp never apologized for the misrepresentation nor was the recipient contacted following the redelivery to ask about their satisfaction.\r
Kremp did not do the right thing by us or by FTD.
