Daryl was extremely nice. He was at my house within an hour of my call for a furnace that was not working. It was a simple repair and the charge was very low. Repair took 15 minutes. Krane were the only ones who said they could come out that same day! I will definitely use them from now on for all my repairs. Very honest and reliable! more

Informative, Methodical, Professional, Friendly and Experienced 5/25/2015

The A/C compressor would not fire-up. Technician checked compressor wiring; hooked up voltmeter and found low voltage in the 24V circuit. Proceeded to the Furnace, removed the front panels and found a wire disconnected in the circuit panel. We will certainly contract Krane for future furnace servicing! more

Called Tecnician because Furnace was making noise 4/25/2015

I was hearing a slight thumping noise emanating through my ducts. I observed my gas line shaking and at that point I knew I needed to call Krane Heating and Cooling who installed my system 4 & 1/2 years ago. Darrell the technician came out and of course the system ran perfectly with no noise. He checked everything out the best he could, and informed me something may have knocked the blower out of balance. He assured me If I had anymore problems in the coming months it would be taken care of under warranty. He responded very quickly the day after I called first thing in the morning and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Krane Heating and Cooling will be the only company I will call in the future. more

Krane bailed me out 3/2/2015

I have been a customer of Krane for several years after I was lucky enough to find them when I was adding on to my upstairs and adding a new furnace. They were competitively priced and did exactly what I expected. Since them I have used them for my annual maintenance in my home, office and son's house in Birmingham. I am gone in the winter and monitor my home and office with Nest thermostats. I saw that something was not right with my older furnace and called my neighbor and asked him to take a look and when he arrived water was streaming through the first floor ceiling. We got the water turned off and I immediately called Krane and they came out and identified my problem ( a drain line was plugged and flooded the furnace) and got me immediately up and running which was critical as it was around -20. The service person who takes care of my heating/AC servicing and needs quickly figured it out and got me up and running which was critical because it was very cold and I was 2000 miles away. I would recommend them to anyone. They are professional and responsive. Pat C more

My furnace broke down and I called Krane. They were at my house within an hour and installed a furnace the very next day! Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone! more
