My overall experience with Koss Collision Center has been all 5's. After having had body work done at another body shop, which had been recommended to me through my insurance company AAA, and they did a very poor job. Parts were falling off my car. Koss had been recommended very highly from a couple of people, and after talking to Don, and to my insurance company and getting the authorization from them, I had Koss fix it.
Don went ahead and took it all apart. He completely rectified the issues and reassembled what the other shop had done. Koss Collision is diamond certified, and they really do set the bar high for their general customer service and professionalism. I was very happy with the final result.
