I’d just like to say that you have a great crew working for you. Saeng and Robby were both careful and knowledgeable during the installation of my Rheem furnace. I had a business myself and I know how hard it is to find good people; So make sure you keep those guys!! more

Good Experience 1/18/2011

I hate dealing with the constant BS with mom & pop shops, and paying through the nose with bigger ones. Not happy with having to replace my furnace, I shopped around quite a bit. The bigger companies were mostly the same, but made me feel like a number. The smaller ones made me feel like a dollar sign.\r \r I liked the feeling I got from these guys right off the bat. They called me back right away, talked to me honestly, informed me without trying to nickel and dime me, and worked with me on getting me a fair price. They seemed to want my business. I'd recommend them. more

A courteous and professional service. 11/19/2010

I had originally called 6 or 7 different potential vendors for our furnace, but none of them really gave me a reliable estimate, so it was hard from to make a decision. However, when I talked to Klondike, they went over the estimate with me and they offered to send someone out to inspect my furnace for a fee that would later be applied to the cost of the repair. Once they made their evaluation, they told me how long it would take to repair. They were prompt. They actually showed up a little early, and they had my furnace replaced and everything finished within an hour of the time they promised. It was all professionally done. more

Satisfied 10/22/2010

I had an Klondike Heating and Air Conditioning replace my furnace system. They were extremely responsive in setting appointments. Andrew came over and explained everything that was needed, and he came up with quote right away that was certainly reasonable based on others I had gotten. We were able to schedule them to come out at a convenient time and their people were good. I needed to have some work done after the initial installation, and there were some issues with attention to detail that they fixed on subsequent visits, but all in all, I am satisfied. more

Saved by an Honest guy 9/2/2010

These guys saved me over $600.00. I almost spent $850.00 with another company that told me i needed extensive repairs to my A/C. It's a good thing i called Andrew for a second opinion, because he did his diagnostic & then fixed the problem right on the spot for $175.00. I could have been out a lot of money if it were not for Andrew's honesty. I would recommend Andrew's company Klondike Air to everyone. more

Cancelled my appointment because they were ""too busy"" 7/24/2009
