I hate dealing with the constant BS with mom & pop shops, and paying through the nose with bigger ones. Not happy with having to replace my furnace, I shopped around quite a bit. The bigger companies were mostly the same, but made me feel like a number. The smaller ones made me feel like a dollar sign.\r

I liked the feeling I got from these guys right off the bat. They called me back right away, talked to me honestly, informed me without trying to nickel and dime me, and worked with me on getting me a fair price. They seemed to want my business. I'd recommend them.
