Kitchens Bath Etc Inc. provided me with cabinets and installed them for the kitchen renovation I am doing. I previously purchased the same cabinets from them for my own house five years ago. I recently purchased a condo that I am renovating as an investment, and I ordered the same cabinets because I knew they were good quality.They are priced very competitively. For the timeline, they were supposed to get the cabinets in the day before Thanksgiving, but they got them in three weeks early. So they had a very quick turnaround. It was much faster than I expected. I'm an architect, so I'm kind of picky about how things are done. But Kitchen Bath Etc. did a great job. They provide you with excellent quality at a competitive price. There were no surprises! I have recommended them to friends, some of whom just did their kitchen in July and are very happy with the results. more

I think I had a good experience with Kitchens, Baths, Etc. There were just a few things that didn't turn out very well, like measurements, that I wasn't happy with. I gave them a list of the specific appliances I wanted. So like, the fridge was side-by-side with the cabinet on the left so that it's stuck, and the knob dented the freezer. Then there's also the double oven. I think the height wasn't totally taken into account, because it's two inches higher on the top, and it's kind of hard to reach into the top of the double oven. So, they should do more things like taking the appliances into account in in their design. more

I found Virgil from Kitchens, Baths, Etc. to be very cordial and cooperative. He provided all of the options that were out there. He is also a very patient person to work with. I had done something similar with a friend, putting a new kitchen in, and we went through a large chain store. The difference between dealing with a large corporation and a smaller company like Virgil's is like apples and oranges. I'd tell anyone to go through a small store like Virgil's. I have no complaints with Kitchens Bath Etc. They remodeled my kitchen and everything went so smoothly, with absolutely no issues. It was done in the amount of time they said it'd be done and looks great! I have no experience with remodeling, so I'm not familiar with anything to do with the process, or able to judge anything about it. I just know that my experience was without any problems! Everybody was great! I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody! more

We really like Virgil from Kitchens, Baths, Etc. He made the process very easy and was always accessible. I appreciated all of his knowledge and experience. This wasn't a custom job, and he came up with various solutions and suggestions for me. If anything, we weren't totally happy with the product. Our contractor tells us it's a good product, but the edging appears not to have good coverage on it, so we're still not entirely sure about it. I really like that this is a local business. Virgil's a really good guy, very honest. We were happy to work with him and would work with him again. I highly recommend his services to anybody! Just do your homework, ask a lot of questions and be patient! more

We had a custom wall unit made by Kitchens Bath Etc Inc from scratch. They were very involved. The final product was exactly what I wanted! It was beautiful with mirrors, and had a bench for my two kids. It was not just a wall cabinet. The installation was top notch and all the doors were perfectly aligned. Kitchens Bath Etc Inc was very available and flexible. It was a masterpiece, and Virgil is a craft master who knows exactly what he's doing. more

I did shop around a bit, but Kitchens Bath Etc came highly recommended to me from a friend. They aren't the cheapest, but they are a really good value for the quality. Plus, they are not too big of a company that they lose their customer service. They were great, they had a person come out and measure, show me choices and make suggestions. Then they emailed me drawings and plans that I went over made adjustments to then we agreed on a price and a plan. Everything went smoothly from there. The delivery was on time, the installers arrived on time and things went well. There were a couple of issues after, but the follow up was great and Virgil came out immediately and took care of the problems himself. He was very nice to work with. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them. more

They were easy to work with and didn't change the prices on me and did everything they promised they'd do for me. I loved their service. I completely recommend them. You won't be disappointed! more

Kitchens, Baths, Etc. has really good service. They were great, and they made it all easy. They were very helpful. They helped me design the kitchens, not so much the layout, but what I put in the cabinets and what options were available, like the different levels of cabinets that they had available. I knew what was in my budget, so I was able to make those decisions. Every time I called or emailed, they were right on top of everything. We had an issue with our crown molding where the color didn't match perfectly to each other, not even just the cabinets. They just ordered new ones and it was taken care of just like that. We also had an issue where we weren't really happy with the finish of the cabinets. It was not their fault, but they had a representative of the manufacturer come out and look at it, and they took care of it. I had an exception experience with Kitchens, Baths, Etc. I have already recommended them. They really took care of it! more

Kitchens Bath Etc Inc. was located near where I live and they were recommended to me by a friend who had used them to re-do a kitchen. I saw my friend's kitchen and then went to their showroom, and I was happy with what I saw. I am an architect and I specialize in residential architecture, so I was selective about what I wanted for my kitchen. I also liked Patricia, from Kitchens Bath Etc., who worked with me on my kitchen. They did a great installation and it didn't take very long. I am very pleased with the cabinets, which are 4 years old now and still look brand-new. more

I walked into Kitchen, Baths, Etc. with 20 minutes in which I thought I would pick out and order my kitchen cabinets. Obviously I had never done this before. I was soo lucky that Patricia Baughman was there to meet me and help me through this process. Not only did I need to learn what was necessary, I needed to discover what I wanted. If I write everthing I think of Patricia, it will appear that I am being paid for this review. So, I will limit myself to the following, Patricia was honest, her initial estimate would have been dead on if I had not elected to go for some upgrades, (that I insisted upon). She was patient, thorough, intelligent and fun. She had more interest in keeping my costs down than I did! I did two little spot checks with other companies with the same product to see if I really was getting a good deal on the cabinets and I was. If I consider Patricia as part of the equation, I got an unbeatable deal. Additionally my cabinets were delivered on time and looked better than I had imagined. I used the owner's son, Jason's company, Accurate Install Inc. to do the installation and was very pleased with my choice. He was a real pro and knew exactly how to install for the best results. We came to KBE with a general idea of what we wanted. Patricia worked with us and gave us some great suggestions. She is detail oriented and didn't miss a single thing. The installation went very smoothly too because her drawings were clear and detailed too. We have used KBE for our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and dining room cabinets. I have been using Kitchens Bath Etc for over 20 years. They have always done a fabulous job of confirming my measurements when I order something. I do not do kitchen remodels anymore, but I used Kitchens Bath Etc for my own house when I remodeled my kitchen. I have recommended them many times and I will continue to recommend them.
