Kitchens, Baths, Etc. has really good service. They were great, and they made it all easy. They were very helpful. They helped me design the kitchens, not so much the layout, but what I put in the cabinets and what options were available, like the different levels of cabinets that they had available. I knew what was in my budget, so I was able to make those decisions.
Every time I called or emailed, they were right on top of everything. We had an issue with our crown molding where the color didn't match perfectly to each other, not even just the cabinets. They just ordered new ones and it was taken care of just like that. We also had an issue where we weren't really happy with the finish of the cabinets. It was not their fault, but they had a representative of the manufacturer come out and look at it, and they took care of it.
I had an exception experience with Kitchens, Baths, Etc. I have already recommended them. They really took care of it!
