I think I had a good experience with Kitchens, Baths, Etc. There were just a few things that didn't turn out very well, like measurements, that I wasn't happy with. I gave them a list of the specific appliances I wanted. So like, the fridge was side-by-side with the cabinet on the left so that it's stuck, and the knob dented the freezer.
Then there's also the double oven. I think the height wasn't totally taken into account, because it's two inches higher on the top, and it's kind of hard to reach into the top of the double oven. So, they should do more things like taking the appliances into account in in their design.
