My first trip to Fed-Ex kinkos was a little disappointing. I entered, only to find that I was unsure how to use the copiers. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me, only to find out that all machines were full (that were in working order) - how can a Printing Specialist, run out of toner???? I ended up having to go elsewhere to make my copies.....
