Kinetico - Excellent All Around 10/13/2017

Dear Christina, We thank you for your time in meeting with us and your product knowledge was both to the point and cheerfully presented. While we may have found less expensive systems, we are thrilled with our water quality and your systems long term operating cost benefits. After installation (next day) we discovered a small water leak and were amazed how fast your technician appeared (same day) considered it was already 4:30 PM when discovered. The problem was fixed so very promptly by your highly efficient technician. Why would anyone shop for less quality when the best system, follow through and product knowledge is instantly available through yourself and your firm. Nancy & Ron Boise Idaho more

new water softener system 9/14/2017

We are very pleased with our new upgraded water softener system installed by Kinetico of Meridian Idaho. It seems to be doing a terrific job of softening and purifying our water supply. Don Waggoner - satisfied customer. more

We don't write quick reviews because it takes time to see if all goes well...and it did. We were pleased with the quick response from Kinetico from the time we talked to Heather to the time the system got checked out. Caleb did a great job of explaining every aspect of how the system works and what is involved in keeping it in top shape. We really appreciate the A+ service we received. more

Excellent service! 6/16/2016

Roger left a phone message about 35 minutes before the scheduled time saying when he would arrive and was here15 minutes before the scheduled time of 3pm. I explained the problem I had been having (though he probably already knew from the work order) and he went right to work. After finishing very quickly he explained what he had done and answered all of my questions. He was an excellent help and very informative. I would recommend Roger and Kinetico to my friends. more

Better SERVICE. ON TIME. Better system. Better PRICE! 6/4/2016

We are very happy with the service we received from Kinetico! Their Soft water system and SERVICE is much better with a much better price than Culligan! So glad I found them after I was displeased with Culligan. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone! Friendly customer service as well. Kinetico showed us that they WANT our business! more

Kinetico of S.W. Idaho 5/6/2016

Roger did a fantastic job taking care of my Kinetico system. Took extra care to assure nothing in my house was messed up. Tested all repairs, and showed me how the system works to help me better understand what it does and the importance of changing filters and using quality salt in the softener. Thanks Roger !! Good job !!! more
