Roger left a phone message about 35 minutes before the scheduled time saying when he would arrive and was here15 minutes before the scheduled time of 3pm. I explained the problem I had been having (though he probably already knew from the work order) and he went right to work. After finishing very quickly he explained what he had done and answered all of my questions. He was an excellent help and very informative. I would recommend Roger and Kinetico to my friends.
