Finally going home 3/29/2019

After a month being admitted from the hospital finally going home. I was transferred from Shands to Kindred for Resp. Insufficient. From day one Kindred were very nice and kind to me. All the doctors, Nurses and Therapist were kind and understanding. Kindred staff were all great. KS more

Wound Care 2/5/2019

The wound care team helped my loved one with all the care needed. They cleaned up the wound which progressed very well and he is now on his way to recovery. Great team. Glenn more

Renal Failure 2/4/2019

Absolutely perfect. The staff took good care of me. Dialysis Ana very sweet, going to miss her. All the staff at Kindred have been wonderful, Cindy, Margaret, Kelly, Paulette and everyone that I can't remember there name. Even the doctors were great. Thank you staff- A. Slaughter more

Time well spent 11/30/2018

My time at Kindred was good. The team worked with me and make sure I took my medication and eat. Even when I don't want to eat the food provided. They find something else for me to eat and drink. Rehab tends to be firm with me but she means well. Sometimes I don't feel like getting out of bed. All went well. more

A great team at Kindred 11/28/2018

Pharmacy helped to get my medication . The staff worked well with helping my mom get back and forth safely to see me. The doctors answered all my questions. This is my second time here. J. Howard more

My care 11/20/2018

I think they did good wound care. But I do think there should be a foot doctor that comes in that takes care of toenails and such. As far as the care, some are great, and some of the nursing assistants are great too, but some nurses and assistants are terrible. The ones that are terrible leave and say they will be right back, but then never show back up. As far as medicine, they do a good job. I understand I'm not the only patient, they are busy with other people. The dietitian is really good. The rehab is good, I wish they had a gym, but they do a good job. In the few weeks I have been here, I am standing better, walking farther, eating, and I am ready for going to rehab. Bob more

Overall Care 10/10/2018

This was the best decision I ever made coming to Kindred. Dr. Rao has been very helpful in helping me to transition home with all my follow up with consultants. All the staff was so kind and attentive, they took their time to explain care provided and make me comfortable. I'm just happy to go home finally after almost a month in the hospital. Wounds care and nutrition 9/19/2018

Pleased with the care, she will miss all staff. Everyone was so good to her. I was able to be wean from TPN and eating diet. Rehab worked very hard to get me up and walking again. Wound care was awesome and thank you to the entire staff. JL more

Very pleases with everyone here at Kindred. They all went an extra mile for me. Very peaceful at nights. All nurses and c.n.a peek in and ask if everything is ok or need anything. Mrs. rosario more

Review of Kindred 9/11/2018

My mom is generally very happy here. William, John, Ana, Ryan (PT), Sandra have all been very good here. The staff always seem to check in on her to make sure she does not need anything. There has never been an issue with the staff not being nice. The directors of nursing and rehab are also willing to help anytime even with answering lights, offering bedpans, and helping my mom transfer onto the bedside commode. The call-lights are an issue. There could be a system in place to answer them a little more timely. Also, sometimes it takes a while to get medications. Cynthia more

Kindred Wound Team 8/30/2018

Kindred's care 8/14/2018

Everyone from Kindred was very sweet and nice with my husband and myself. My husband came from ORMC trauma in June 2018 with respiratory issues and today he finally leaves Kindred. Everyone was so helpful in my husband care. I can only say good things towards Kindred staff. more

I can see the difference 7/24/2018

I can see the difference in how strong she is, she is getting up everyday and walking. They try to help her the best they can and as quickly as they can. If there was one thing we would be disappointed in is the food, but they do not have much control over that because Kindred does not provide that, the other facility does. -Norman & Louise more

Rehab 7/17/2018

Great care. Theraby has been excellent. Everyone has been real good with taking care of my wife diana. Her face lights up every time a caretaker comes into the room. Everyone is so good to her and me. more
