Everyone here is so amazing. Ricardo made my stay very easy always making sure I was never in pain. Felipe took very good care of me and always in the best mood and always so funny. Joy was amazing, she took the time to hold my hand while I was dealing with pain. Veronica was great, she is great at what she does and it takes a special person to do what she does. Daniella is amazing, very caring and I didn't have to wait for her to come and assist me. Thank you all for all you have done to make my stay feel easy. - Debora McGary more

The three that really caught my eye here were just amazing. Daniella helped me out today was so very nice helped get me all cleaned up. Molly in physical therapy makes you feel really comfortable and great at what she does. Ricardo my nurse has shown me as well as others that he makes sure to get to know you in order to really make you feel at home and comfortable. He puts your conversations and things he learns about you to mention your I Teresa’s in conversation and feel at ease. He helps out wherever he can and is a true leader and asset to this hospital. - J. Addicks more

Joy is so professional and always goes above and beyond for her patients. She does a great job at communicating everything as she does it. She always makes sure to greet me with a good morning as soon as she comes through the door. She is really accommodating and puts her patients needs first always. After being diagnosed with GBS, I have been here maybe going on 2 weeks and the staff here has been absolutely amazing!! The list of names will be long but I would love for all of these beautiful souls to get the recognition they deserve! Arlene- absolutely amazing! Kind heart, went above and beyond for me! love her to pieces! Shahnaz (Nurse Tech)- Always checked on me regardless! One of the best nurse techs! Love her! Demonica (Nurse Tech)- One of the funniest most friendly nurse techs at this facility! She has the best personalities! Trimeka (Nurse)- She is absolutely amazing and is always smiling. Love her face!! Luis (RT)- Very attentive. Always showed care and concern when it came to my care. This facility has some of the most amazing people! The level of care is truly amazing!! Everyone here treated me with respect, everyone was so great. April, Joy, Jerusha were amazing. April was a perfect nurse, Joy was excellent always asking what I needed and took care of it right away. Julie was excellent in my care as well. I was referred to this facility by a very beautiful and dedicated representative. That made their facility our choice. She stands true to her word and I publicly thank her! My brother stayed at Kindred's Hospital on three different occasions for rehabilitation and medical needs. Upper management were hands on and personal. They made sure that his independent medical needs were met. The doctors and nursing team were very professional, efficient and attentive. The Care Techs were phenomenal, compassionate and went sober and above the call of duty to make sure that he was clean, comfortable and properly fed. The social worker was amicable, kind and professional as well. Over all I recommend Kindred Hospital Mansfield for you or your loved ones should you ever need a professional and efficient hospital, Long Ter Acute Carae or Skilled Nursing. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff has been wonderful to me. Terminate was very responsive, never hesitated to answer any of my questions. Kourtney was really loving, so to speak. Wanted to mention Paula D.,I really do appreciate her. She was very helpful when Mr. Kenneth Brown was in the ICU and now he is in a different room. His nurse sent Paula in here to change and clean Mr. Brown up, I offered to help her but she said no she had him and I was wearing nice clothes and that it was her job. She is the kind of nurse we need more of, she never grumbled about doing someone else's patient in a someone else's room. I truly thank Paula she is a sweetheart and she cleaned my fiancé with pride. more

Joy the tech is very,nice, helpful and congenial. Julie my nurse is truly great. The food here is amazing and when I press the call light button for assistance I get it as soon as as possible. Everyone makes me feel as comfortable as possible here. - Cathey more

April was one of our nurses and she is top of the line. What can't we say about her. She is truly gifted at what she does. Molly in therapy is super awesome, we really like her humor and she was always in a great mood and happy. A lot of people here have made me feel welcome here but I would like to thank a few in particular even though it is impossible to remember all the names. April one of my nurses, the first thing she said to me was "Good morning is there anything at all I can do for you, I mean anything at all?". This was a great first impression, she was upbeat and she was genuine. She has a true gift that she shares and it shows through her words and demeanor. Everyone here is really amazing but April always goes the extra mile. She always there when I needed her and made me feel right at home. You can tell that she is truly meant to be here. Joy went out of her way to make sure I was always taken care of. She made sure I had the right compression hose and went above and beyond when she noticed I didn't have them at first. Pablo always has a smile that will light up the room and Paula was so attentive. - Sharon McNellis more

A special thanks to all my nurses here at Kindred. The nurses have been truly outstanding here. I have been in so many hospitals and they truly the best here! So many names I can not remember but I will try to mention as many as I can to make sure and shout out to all my amazing people I have encountered here. Will, Helen, Tina, Pablo, Ricardo, Judy, and Lisa were always here when I needed them. Judy is a nurse in particular that I wanted to mention how prompt and attentive she was to all my needs. Pablo my tech was great to help me when every I needed him and Tina was just so kind and always helpful. Ricardo is very good at his job as a nurse. Lisa in dietary was just wonderful, one day she saw I only had a fried egg on my tray an she said that this just would not do and came back with the works. From then on she always made sure to check in on me and that I was eating well. She truly has been great from the very start. Both girls in physical and occupational therapy are kind and patient. I used to not be able to even lift my hand, now I can and well I might add. I like this hospital better than any other hospital, I have had the best of service here and I have been to a lot of them. The Dialysis people are very nice and take the time to explain everything so wonderfully, they helped me understand while being so patient. - Marie Coney more
