BAD, BAD, BAD! Terrible service, rude person to deal with, took too long to perform simple repairs, asked for cash when I came to pick up clothes (without prior notice), quality of workmanship was sub-standard, she has no dressing room so you have to undress in front of her, the place is hot, small and dirty. Never had such a despicable experience with a seamstress. more

DO NOT GO HERE! I took her my bridesmaid dress for a wedding for her to take in since it was way too big on me. Well, when I went to pick it up she wouldn't let me try it on. I got home and it would BARELY ZIP! I only lost weight since I had gone and had it sized so there is no way it should not have fit me! I couldn't breathe in the dress without feeling like the seems were about to burst! My husband called her and told her about it and told her we needed her to fix it by Friday night (I picked it up Wednesday night) because the wedding was on Saturday. She told him she was too busy and wouldn't do it or give us our money back! So, I spent $45.00 and had to wind up taking it to Shirley's (AMAZING) because she was so rude! BEWARE of this woman! She clearly needs to retire! She is old and rude and shouldn't be running her own alteration shop! I am not one to complain but this is RIDICULOUS and people need to know NOT to go there! more

Oh how I WISH there were ZERO stars! Kim almost RUINED a $400 Sherri Hill dress that is for my daughter's prom. The stitching on the criss cross shoulders was unbelievably crooked, looked like something a child just learning to sew would do, and one of the should had stitching that looked as if she has pulled it apart and never fixed it. When I showed her where on the dress I wasn't pleased she began yelling at me to the point I had to call the Sheriffs department to come out so I could get my dress. I paid her, unfortunately before I looked at the dress, when I requested a refund she became angry and violent and came at me with a pair of scissors! There is now a civil suit pending. This woman is PSYCHOTIC and sews like a Middle School kid! Whatever you do don't go here. I paid $50 for a dress to be taken in and we had to get it fixed after picking it up. Now we are having to take her to court because of her actions. more

I took a bridesmaid dress to Kim. The dress turned out perfect and fits like glove. more

I took several pants suits in for alterations. Kim was efficient and provided quality work. She noted items needing attention that had passed my scrutiny. They made such a difference and improved my appearance. I will definitely return in the future with additional alterations as needed. I have no qualms about referrals. She's good. more

I am SO happy with my service! She took a very complicated dress that I was scaird for anyone to touch and she didnt wonders!! Its perfect! \r You cant even tell it was altered :) Super sweet lady too!! \r \r A+ more
