Oh how I WISH there were ZERO stars! Kim almost RUINED a $400 Sherri Hill dress that is for my daughter's prom. The stitching on the criss cross shoulders was unbelievably crooked, looked like something a child just learning to sew would do, and one of the should had stitching that looked as if she has pulled it apart and never fixed it. When I showed her where on the dress I wasn't pleased she began yelling at me to the point I had to call the Sheriffs department to come out so I could get my dress. I paid her, unfortunately before I looked at the dress, when I requested a refund she became angry and violent and came at me with a pair of scissors! There is now a civil suit pending. This woman is PSYCHOTIC and sews like a Middle School kid! Whatever you do don't go here. I paid $50 for a dress to be taken in and we had to get it fixed after picking it up. Now we are having to take her to court because of her actions.
