Excellent service, honest, and saved me money!!...the only plumbing company I would recommend! I got Jamin's # from my sister who highly recommended him and his team after work was done at her house. I was having issues with water pressure in the kitchen faucet, Jamin asked if I would mind him assessing the issue by phone. He talked me through how to resolve the immediate issue, as well as, provided me information to get a part from the manufacturer at no charge for a different issue that I mentioned in our conversation! When I asked where to send payment, his only request was to do something nice for someone else! How many others would have come out and charged an expensive service call fee plus part(s)?!? I am thrilled to have found an honest person who genuinely cares about his customers and exemplifies such customer service. more

I can't say enough about how great Jamin and his associates at Keystone Plumbing have been! Jamin came to give me a 2nd opinion about my water heater. The first plumber (Mr. Rooter-I also reviewed them on yelp) told me I needed to replace my 7 year old unit (after spending only 10mins looking at it). Mr. Rooter charged me $98 for 10mins of not fixing, or diagnosing the problem, and quoted me $1500for a new water heater. Jamin spent over an hour, going over every inch of it, explaining common problems as he went. He found a leaking hose, and a faulty thermocoupler/burner. After all repairs were done, I have delightfully hot water for the cost of $283....He ended up saving me $1200!! Jamin and his team were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to several of my friends, and am keeping their number on speed dial!! more

I met with Mr. Jamin Bannister in my house so he could estimate a water heater service. He was extremely professional and I was impressed with his knowledge, he showed me exactly where the problem was coming from without trying to trick me into fix what was not broken.
