Excellent service, honest, and saved me money!!...the only plumbing company I would recommend! I got Jamin's # from my sister who highly recommended him and his team after work was done at her house. I was having issues with water pressure in the kitchen faucet, Jamin asked if I would mind him assessing the issue by phone. He talked me through how to resolve the immediate issue, as well as, provided me information to get a part from the manufacturer at no charge for a different issue that I mentioned in our conversation! When I asked where to send payment, his only request was to do something nice for someone else! How many others would have come out and charged an expensive service call fee plus part(s)?!? I am thrilled to have found an honest person who genuinely cares about his customers and exemplifies such customer service.
