I can't say enough about how great Jamin and his associates at Keystone Plumbing have been! Jamin came to give me a 2nd opinion about my water heater. The first plumber (Mr. Rooter-I also reviewed them on yelp) told me I needed to replace my 7 year old unit (after spending only 10mins looking at it). Mr. Rooter charged me $98 for 10mins of not fixing, or diagnosing the problem, and quoted me $1500for a new water heater. Jamin spent over an hour, going over every inch of it, explaining common problems as he went. He found a leaking hose, and a faulty thermocoupler/burner. After all repairs were done, I have delightfully hot water for the cost of $283....He ended up saving me $1200!! Jamin and his team were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to several of my friends, and am keeping their number on speed dial!!
