I am extremely upset and disappointed in the way your company handles your Guaranteed Credit Applicants. I was under the impression that I was pre-approved for that particular car and I drove more than 50 miles to come see it because you don't have pictures on the website. Then after the application process, I was told I was approved for some 2001 Chrysler that I did not come to see. I had to stay in a hotel because I missed being in by closing time by 5 MINUTES. No one was willing to stay after and help me out, even though it was 5 MINUTES! I paid $65 to stay at a hotel because I was under the impression that I would be leaving with that car, and I figured I would pay for that. The ""Credit Doctor"" failed to inform me that further information was needed to be approved for the $10,000 for that car and that depending on my situation, I may not get that car. I consider visiting your dealership a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Your lack of honesty and direct information has made me upset and I will NEVER consider your dealership for any further car needs I may have. more

I will never buy from this place, They gave me a real bad deal with there lie's and just want your money. Bought a truck there and the 4 wheel drive doesnt work they will not fix it unless you pay them. I have reported them. You are nuts If you go there and buy from them. I did not and will never buy from this place. I took out a 2004 Ford Expidition for a test drive over a weekend. My wife and I came to the conclusion that this is not the vehicle for us. We left them a message saying so and they presisted to call me a few times a day for a week. then the following week (the end of the month) they call and try to say that we damaged this SUV and we have to pay for it. Keystone Ford of Chambersburg told me that I have to call them or they will serve me papers. I called and they told me I owed them $200 for damages done to the bumper. Then my wife went in and they told her that we owed $300 for damages. There is no need for this kind of behaivior. Take this review for what it is worth. Thanks for your time. more
