I did not and will never buy from this place. I took out a 2004 Ford Expidition for a test drive over a weekend. My wife and I came to the conclusion that this is not the vehicle for us. We left them a message saying so and they presisted to call me a few times a day for a week. then the following week (the end of the month) they call and try to say that we damaged this SUV and we have to pay for it. Keystone Ford of Chambersburg told me that I have to call them or they will serve me papers. I called and they told me I owed them $200 for damages done to the bumper. Then my wife went in and they told her that we owed $300 for damages. There is no need for this kind of behaivior. Take this review for what it is worth. Thanks for your time.
