I located the SUV that I wanted on Kernersville Chrysler Dodge's website. Before I could click the submit button, Angela Alcorn from the Internet Sales department was calling me!!...

Worst Experience Ever... 7/20/2017

I saw a truck online on Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep's website. Now I have heard from several people that this place was a little shady but I decided to go check the truck out. I go look at the truck, drive the truck. Next day I take off work- take the truck to my mechanic to get it looked over. They gave a report that was expected. I take the truck back- the salesman says he cannot hold the truck without a $500 deposit while I go to the bank to get a check. I pay them their $500 deposit. Proceed to do massive amounts of work on my end...moving money around, getting a certified check, call my insurance company. I show back up the the dealership...get half way through the paperwork and a smug little "manager" by the name of ... informs me that the price is wrong online and that he can not sell me that truck for that. Hey I get it, mistakes happen Offered to give me my deposit back and "put gas in my tank" but would not give me anything for my time, effort, or energy and would be happy to sell me the truck for $10,000 more than our agreed upon price. I wasted hours on this. STAY AWAY! Would not do any business with this place- A-typical "Stealership" more

Bought my new Ram 3500 dually after over a month of correspondence with Ms. Michele Miller. Ms. Miller was informative, pleasant, and professional. I am very happy with the vehicle and the dealership is a proper place of business. I did my Deal over the internet Michelle was very informative with the truck I was looking to buy and prompt with information, Then transferred to Mary to complete the Deal. I was flown in from Florida to Concord/ charlotte airport other than the driver being 2 1/2 hours late, The dealership did give me a 50 $ compensation for the inconvenience, After arriving Mary went over the option on the truck paper work was ready to sign and go the transaction went well. Went to this dealership after having troubles at others. Staff was laid back and very open. Loved our salesman, Trip Amos. Go see him if you want a no pressure, from the hip type of experience. Give these guys a try before you buy. more

Leon Hughs best salesman ever 12/26/2013

I recently purchased a used dodge charger from kernersville dodge and the sales staff are the best around Mr. Hughs worked on my deal until my wife and i felt comfortable. He never tried to push us into payments we could not make, and took the time to actually make sure we were happy with the vehichle. U highly recommend kernersville dodge and especially recommend Mr Hughs. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Will definitely be back more

I had a great experience with the staff. Mac took great care of me as soon as i pulled up. I was able to take the truck for a spin and ask questions about the used vehicle. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because of the usual wait period for paperwork. I was sitting for 3 hours and that is a long time. other than that the experience was great and i would buy from them again. more

I despise going car shopping and dealing with pushy sales people. I entered this dealership for the first time ever and found a very different atmosphere! We purchased a 2004 Mercedes Benz C Class on Dec. 2, 2013. We were very pleased with our purchase, as well as the short time it took to do the test drive & paperwork. We like that the salesman were not demanding or pushy. The receptionist Coletta Crockett was Amazing!! She took all of our info over the phone explained everything to us about the car & financing before we arrived. She even got us pre approved before we arrived. Love my Cooper 11/30/2013

We had a wonderful experience at Kernersville Dodge. Nick Economos was our salesman and he was GREAT, very professional, very understanding and very patient as we test drove several vehciles before we made our decision. We didn't have to spend hours there waiting to take the car home and we didn't feel pressured into buying a certain type of car as we have in the past at other dealerships. We will refer everyone to Kernersville Dodge. All the staff was nice and helpful if we had questions. Thank you guys more

Had a overall good experience. I had found what I was looking for online and sales lady Angela was super nice and helpful. Accommodated me well and was very pleasant. Was enough disappointed in their cost of shipping that I decided to fly there and drive it back but that was the only letdown of the buying experience. Will definitely give them another chance to sell me my next vehicle. more

Found just the vehicle we wanted at Kernersville and the saleperson, Kelly was a huge help. She is very knowledge and really cares. This dealership has a ton of vehicles that sell really fast. If we hadn't put a deposit down over the phone, we wouldn't have gotten the one we wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Great prices, great people and a HUGE Selection! more

2013 Dodge Ram 2500 Hemi 10/28/2013

I just bought a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge and overall it was as good a car buying experience as I could expect. Angela was absolutely wonderful in keeping me informed, and when she didn't know the answer she got me the help I needed. This is my first time in buying a truck online and it was far easier than driving from place to place. Also the delivery of the truck went way more smoothly than I anticipated. The driver called before he got to the meeting location and was there and unloaded by the time I got there. I got to admit, I was a bit concerned about buying online, and since I never did business with this dealership I was definitely worried that something could go wrong. As I said, everything went according to plans and now I am driving a beautiful new Dodge Ram 2500 Hemi truck. Thumbs up to this dealership, to the sales gal Angela, and the driver who delivered the truck on time. more
