I saw a truck online on Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep's website. Now I have heard from several people that this place was a little shady but I decided to go check the truck out. I go look at the truck, drive the truck. Next day I take off work- take the truck to my mechanic to get it looked over. They gave a report that was expected. I take the truck back- the salesman says he cannot hold the truck without a $500 deposit while I go to the bank to get a check. I pay them their $500 deposit. Proceed to do massive amounts of work on my end...moving money around, getting a certified check, call my insurance company. I show back up the the dealership...get half way through the paperwork and a smug little "manager" by the name of ... informs me that the price is wrong online and that he can not sell me that truck for that. Hey I get it, mistakes happen Offered to give me my deposit back and "put gas in my tank" but would not give me anything for my time, effort, or energy and would be happy to sell me the truck for $10,000 more than our agreed upon price. I wasted hours on this. STAY AWAY! Would not do any business with this place- A-typical "Stealership"
