Future fitness has been my gym for 2 years now. I love the variety of classes and times that are offered for each class. Having a daycare available during most classes is a SUPER plus!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a ever a wait for equipment. Overall I'd give future fitness an A+. more

I have been at Future Fitness for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! It is by far the most clean and convenient gym I've ever been to. You walk in and it just smells clean, that doesn't often happen at a gym. Also, I love the fact that there is a daycare so I can go when it's convenient when I have no sitter for my daughter. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out when needed or just shoot you a friendly smile when sometimes that's what you need. more

Having been a member for over 10 years now and having seen other gyms, Future Fitness (FF) tops all with its cleanliness, professional staff and fitness experts, latest equipment, and what it has to offer in terms of classes (i.e., spin, zumba, swim lessons, etc). What I especially like about Future Fitness is that it's not loud like other gyms, weights aren't being dropped to the floor, and the pool is chemical-free pool since salt is used instead of chlorine. I regularly go to FF of Berlin and Cherry Hill but have also gone to FF of Turnersville, Mullica Hill, Mount Laurel, and Medford and they all are excellent facilities. It's the place to get into tip top shape! more

I have been with Future Fitness for several years now and I have been very pleased with my membership. The gym is always clean, never crowded and the staff is kind, friendly and very helpful. Since I enjoy both, weight training and fitness classes, I particularly love this gym because of the “variety” of trainings that are available to me under one roof (top equipment, wide choice of fitness classes, indoor pool). The long hours of operation, option to visit other locations is definitely a plus. I've been a member of Future FItness in Berlin, NJ for about a year and a half now and although I dont get to go as often as I would like I've never had a better experience at a fitness center. I've been a member of two other fitness centers other than Future Fitness and there's literally no comparison. All the extras you get with membership(free classes, personal trainer once a month, nurse visit) make this membership a better value than any other gym. My only suggestion would be to add tanning as an option! more

I have been with the gym for about 4 or 5 years now, best gym membership I have ever had. They really value their members and always keep the facility looking nice. One of the main things that keeps me with the gym is I get to go to any of the gyms without an extra charge and their are tons of classes I can go to no matter facility location. I also like that I get to meet with a trainer every month to keep me on track and to help design a fitness routine that works for me, very helpful especially since that is out of my league. I have always enjoyed being a member here and think its a good investment in your health. more

I have been a member for 8 months. I wish I had joined this gym sooner but was deterred by the sales pressure. Once you get past that, it is a great gym. There is a large variety of classes and class times and the instructors are really good. You have the option of going to any of their gyms and they are all kept is excellent condition. The access to the pool is also a benefit. I will be a member for a long time. more

I am a current member and I am very satisfied. The membership is a little pricey, but worth it for me because I use the facilities 3-5 times a week. The facility is very clean, the equipment is top of the line, and the exercise classes are excellent. I particularly enjoy spinning with Pam, and Body Sculpturing classes with Wen and Renee. I also like Tammy's classes but they usually start too late for my schedule. I don't use the personal trainers. My wife also belongs and is also very happy with Future Fitness. I have been working out for over 30 years and Future Fitness is the best facility that I have ever seen. more

I have been a member of Future Fitness for over 5 years. There is no gym that I've ever been to that I enjoyed this much. I recommend joining simply because of the vast amount of options there are for maximizing your workout. more

I am a current member at this gym and have been for over 2 years now. I LOVE THIS GYM. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff is always available to help with any questions that you may have. As an active woman, I have joined many gyms throughout the years, and Future Fitness doesn't make you feel uncomfortable at all while working out. There is a wide range of classes for all individuals of which I personally take advantage of several of them. Moreover, there is no additional cost for these classes. Over the 2 years I have gotten into better shape thanks to the machines and free weights that the gym offers as well taking advantage of multiple classes, like abs class. I have also made some great friends along the way who have similar interests as me. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a great place to work out where you can just be you and not be judged. more

I have gone to numerous gyms in the area for the past 25 years. My family has been long term members (on & off) since the opening of the West Berlin location in particular. If you don't mind being scammed by their aggressive sales pitch (which I'm embarrassed to say we have been twice), their phony sale ads and then to be treated horribly by the staff, then this is the place for you!! I must admit, my most recent experience has been my final straw. My son has joined our military to serve & protect our county (you are welcome Future Fitness) and we drove 45 min round trip twice (even had to take time off from work b/c you can only cancel during certain hours) but a Manager was never available. The girls at desk constantly gave us wrong information (telling us they would do over phone) and the managers were not much better... one saying we had to come back for a 3rd time, and the other saying we could do over phone... but then he eventually stopped returning calls. Professionally, I have been in ""customer relations"" for 20 years and this place is severely lacking. But then again, they DO NOT CARE about their existing customers because somehow they keep bringing in new ones (I can tell from lack of parking at peak hours). Just remember, you are just a number here and they certainly don't let you forget it! (FYI: Please don't forget when you do cancel your membership -- and eventually you will want to -- they force you to pay two extra months -- and if you do it too close to the end of the month, they will happily tack on another month). Future Fitness has the worst customer service. Customer service people (sales people, front desk) are cold, icy, aloof once they get your money for membership. You get the feeling as a customer that they, especially the sales people and owner, don't value their customers. I left several messages for the owner to return my call, and I haven't received a return call yet. The employees do not even know the owner's name. How scary is that, not knowing who you work for, and this tells you that the top management is out of touch with their employees. They just don't care about the customers at Future Fitness. They do care about the money you bring in. I would recommend finding a fitness center that is customer friendly and gives their long time customers a better value on their memberships, and values their customers. more

Wow, looking on here makes it look like a different gym than the one I've been going to for the past 6 years. I love the Spin and aerobic classes and my favorite teacher is Tammy. She teaches both and has so much energy and verve! The staff is very friendly and most have been working there a long time. The machines are clean and never out of order, and they keep adding new things all the time, like TRX. Other gyms in the area don't offer all the niceties this place does, like really caring personal trainers that you get one free session with each month. Join Future Fitness if you want a place to actually work out at and aren't just looking for a pick up joint. more

Horrible sales tactics. I canceled my membership and I was told that I needed to see a sales guy to do it. Rediculous I I just wanted to sign off And be done. I agreed but said I would not leave the counter area. The man came out and wanted me to go in the office. I refused ! I said just show me where to sign. I knew if I went into office he would insult me and pressure me for canceling. The equipment is outdated and the Internet rarely worked . Not enough machines at all! more
