Future Fitness has the worst customer service. Customer service people (sales people, front desk) are cold, icy, aloof once they get your money for membership. You get the feeling as a customer that they, especially the sales people and owner, don't value their customers. I left several messages for the owner to return my call, and I haven't received a return call yet. The employees do not even know the owner's name. How scary is that, not knowing who you work for, and this tells you that the top management is out of touch with their employees. They just don't care about the customers at Future Fitness. They do care about the money you bring in. I would recommend finding a fitness center that is customer friendly and gives their long time customers a better value on their memberships, and values their customers.
