I've bought and sold a lot of ""fixer-uppers"" down here in Florida and unfortunately always had bad luck finding guys that were actually good. I almost gave up and believe it or not, most of the time ended up finishing the work on my own because it was never completed. A friend introduced me to Kenaco a few years back and ever since I am happy to say that I didn't have to worry that the job would be done...and done right. I can't say for sure, but I flipped my properties with a good profit margin and I would have to say it was because the jobs were done right. Keep up the good work guys! It's comforting to know that there are still good contractors out there. You just have to know where to find them. You have my recommendation. more

These guys are crooks. Terrible work. They just want your money. Kenaco screwed up my patio and front walk and will not fix it. For 6 months I've had to live with this crappy job. Do not do business with these guys. more

HORRIBLE WORK 5/13/2012

Warranty? Ya right. I paid my money and they took off. They actually tried to fix my screens with duct tape. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! more

Kenaco is a great company! 2/17/2012

I recently hired Kenaco Development to replace my pool enclosure that was damaged from hurricane wilma. They gave me a buetiful, new enclosure for thousands less than the other guys and they finished ahead of schedule! I was so impressed, that I had them replace my windows and doors with new impact windows and doors, and with their discounted prices(believe me...I checked around), and the money I saved on the enclosure($6700.00 to be exact), I was able to stay within my budget. Not a reputable company! Beware of the owner! 11/26/2011

We sought out to get our patio redone. John Barrett came to our house and gave us a reasonable quote so we gave him the job. The job was subcontracted out and with in a week there was a huge crack down the middle of our patio. We called him and he fixed the problem, but again, within days, there were several cracks. It looks terrible. We have been trying to contact him for months. No luck, our phone number is actually blocked now. He will talk to you about a warranty but when I pulled out the actual contract, no info written under the warranty section. BEWARE! more

Thief and Liar 10/6/2011

John Barrett is a marketing con who aligns himself with various contractors in south Florida. He has now re-surfaced under Kenaco Development. After taking a $2,500 deposit from me, he ""sold"" AAA Screen Enclosures and blamed another salesman for taking the money. No conscience. He will tell you ANYTHING to get the job. Beware of Mr. Barrett! more

Kenaco is #1 in my book!! 4/30/2011

I have purchased several forclosed homes in the Boca Raton area over the last 3 years and have been able to get them fixed up and ready for re-sale and rental income thanks to Kenaco's rapid response, competitive pricing and outstanding workmanship!! They have several divisions and so far they have fixed 3 roofs, installed 2 pool enclosures, replaced all the windows and doors with hurricane rated impact windows and doors and installed euro-tile and paver stone in more than half of my properties! Each task was performed by english speaking proffesionals who did what they said they were going to do, but in most cases finished ahead of scheduele and within my budget. I would proudly recommend Kenaco Development any day of the week more

Impact windows-Roofing & Eurotile 4/30/2011

I purchased an investment property in Delray a few years ago. I decided to fix it up, upgrade and sell. After looking at bids from various contractors, I decided to give the work to Kenaco. They were priced lower or at least egual to the competitors and appeared very professional. They replaced my roof and all the windows with Impact. They also eurotiled my pool deck. The work and the manner they handled my project was extremely professional. I would recomend them highly. more

Kenaco Development Corp.'s the best for home improvement 4/30/2011

We recently bought a foreclosure fixer-upper that, of course needed a new roof and something to be done with the pool concrete deck. Kenaco was $2,150.00 cheaper than the other two est's for the new roof with a 27 yr perfect track record.(plus A+BBB). As for the pool deck, they recommended resurfacing with Euro-tile from their pavers and resurfacing division. We were in shock at how great it looked when they were finnished (two days). For a couple thousand dollars they made the pool area and driveway look unbelievable. Also got them two other jobs in our sub-division from neighbors who saw our driveway's new look. Try them !!! more
