I have purchased several forclosed homes in the Boca Raton area over the last 3 years and have been able to get them fixed up and ready for re-sale and rental income thanks to Kenaco's rapid response, competitive pricing and outstanding workmanship!! They have several divisions and so far they have fixed 3 roofs, installed 2 pool enclosures, replaced all the windows and doors with hurricane rated impact windows and doors and installed euro-tile and paver stone in more than half of my properties! Each task was performed by english speaking proffesionals who did what they said they were going to do, but in most cases finished ahead of scheduele and within my budget. I would proudly recommend Kenaco Development any day of the week
