I've bought and sold a lot of ""fixer-uppers"" down here in Florida and unfortunately always had bad luck finding guys that were actually good. I almost gave up and believe it or not, most of the time ended up finishing the work on my own because it was never completed. A friend introduced me to Kenaco a few years back and ever since I am happy to say that I didn't have to worry that the job would be done...and done right. I can't say for sure, but I flipped my properties with a good profit margin and I would have to say it was because the jobs were done right. Keep up the good work guys! It's comforting to know that there are still good contractors out there. You just have to know where to find them. You have my recommendation.
