Kellys' is so reliable and trustworthy 1/27/2016

When I had an emergency repair need, I called and was scheduled the next day. In less than two hours the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Kelly was honest in letting me know that some repairs would cost more than it was worth to fix them, but told me what I could do to continue to drive the car reliably. I feel confident in bringing my aging car to him when I need help. more

Oil Change-New Battery 1/14/2016

As always, GREATservice. Needed a new battery and they made sure I got the rebate coupon to mail in and they also printed me 2 extra copies of my receipt and had those ready for me when I picked up the car - one to keep in my glove compartment with the battery warranty stapled to it and one to use to mail with the rebate coupon. Very thoughtful! more

Water Pump Replacement 10/19/2015

I left my Jeep with them (without an appointment) to diagnose a slight fluid leak and a not so smooth sounding engine. Received a call later that afternoon, informing me that my water pump pulley was about to fail, and this was the source on the fluid leak. I gave them the "go ahead" to repair it and it was ready for me right away the next morning. They are always professional and trustworthy. more

Turn Signal 6/19/2015

I stopped in with no appointment and the told me it would be Thursday or Friday before they could get to me. My issue couldn't wait, as I was on the road both day. They did let me leave it, and said they would do what they could do. They did order and install an aftermarket part (with my approval) saving a few dollars. Excellent service. more
