Kelly Springfield Tires

I went there to do alignment, because it was slightly cheaper then anywhere around. I will never be back there again for several reasons: 1) The owner is rude and not helpful. 2) I was not given the receipt for the job WTH??? 3) The mechanic who was doing my alignment did not look trustworthy at all. Bad impression. 4) The alignment did not make any difference. I know that might have been just my car having problems in suspension, but if it's impossible to do alignment on my car, I need to know that and I need to know what I need to fix first. Overall, total dissatisfaction with quality AND customer service. Never again! more

I bought a jeep Cherokee several years back. The guy I bought it from called this place to set up a deal for me. The price seemed right so I went in on that Saturday morning at 9am. The guys in the shop got started on my tires, then I realized I left my check card at home, 10 miles away. The good thing was that my bank was about a mile and half away. I told the owner what was going on and I asked if he would give me a ride to my bank. He completely ignored my request and said I couldn't use my truck until I paid. I called around for a ride with no luck. It was the middle of August(upper 90's already) I was wearing flip flops. So I had to walk all the way to the bank. Here in Carrollton we do small town business and I don't know of any other business owner here that wouldn't have gave me a ride. To me it shows the caricature of this guy. This is the south and if you want to be treated like a southern consumer, then I say go past Kelly spring field. more

The previous reviewer is right, the guy that is always at the front desk(I've been twice) has no business talking with customers. He's an old, crotchety, rude man. I made it there on a Saturday at 11:30. They close at 12:00. He had one car in the bay and the guy working on it was just leaning against a tool chest talking to the owner of the car, obviously done with the one tire he had off. I said can you get me in before 12 with a tire repair, he just said ""no"", no explanation. I said, not even for just a tire repair(which I know takes about 20 minutes or less) he said ""no, that's is last one"" in the most rude old man voice you can think of. Stay away from this place. The eldest worker or owner at this company customer service is poor because he is very short and snappy when it comes to answering questions that you may have. I attend college here and the only reason I put up with their business is because Atlanta is 45 minutes away and if I have a tire emergency they are the closest. One day I was getting service for my tires and needed to ask a question & the man behind the counter stayed on the phone(sounded like a personal call) for about 10 minutes before he got to me. He didn't say hold on or anything! I even referred my mom to this company because I told her the tires are reasonable and she said ""I will not be giving them any of my business"" just from a phone conversation she had with the owner because she also felt the service was rude, non chalant tone in voice, and snappy. In my opinion quality work and quality customer service is what makes a company and this company lacks customer service skills.
