The eldest worker or owner at this company customer service is poor because he is very short and snappy when it comes to answering questions that you may have. I attend college here and the only reason I put up with their business is because Atlanta is 45 minutes away and if I have a tire emergency they are the closest. One day I was getting service for my tires and needed to ask a question & the man behind the counter stayed on the phone(sounded like a personal call) for about 10 minutes before he got to me. He didn't say hold on or anything! I even referred my mom to this company because I told her the tires are reasonable and she said ""I will not be giving them any of my business"" just from a phone conversation she had with the owner because she also felt the service was rude, non chalant tone in voice, and snappy. In my opinion quality work and quality customer service is what makes a company and this company lacks customer service skills. Pros: Good at their job when it comes to putting good tires on Cons: Poor customer service provided more
