Dr Keith Jackson is one of the best ENTs that I have been to in Atlanta. I have been his patient for about 15 years. They just do not make doctors like Keith Jackson anymore. He takes time with you and gives you excellent medical advice and treatment. Given the future of the health care industry, it will be next to impossible to find caring, smart doctors who will treat you like a patient and not a number/quota-thank goodness for Dr. Jackson! more

Zero bedside manner 2 3/20/2012

I agree with kdshopps review. My GP referred me to this doctor, and although I read the review prior to my visit, I kept the appt. I thought the office staff was fine, but Dr Diamond was not personable and in a hurry to shuffle me out.( and I'm not a big talker with the Docs) I just needed a hearing check, and a couple of things ruled out. If I need to visit an ENT in the future, I'll find another Doctor. more

Dr. Jackson and Northside Ent are Great! 6/9/2011

Dr. Keith Jackson was great. I put off this procedure for years out of my fear of the recovery process. I'm sorry now that I did. I would have done it years ago if I had known of Dr. Jackson. The procedure was a snap and the recovery process was just a little uncomfortable for about a week. Now its been about five weeks and I feel great. I can finaly breath thru my nose, and no more post nasal drip. The whole process was not nearly as bad as I had made it out to be. I highly recommend Northside Ent and Dr. Jackson, he's the best!! more

Son's ear infection cleared up 8/10/2010

I came in with 3 year old for allergy issues. I saw Dr.Chacko (who's a good friend of mine) and he noticed that my son was speaking a little delayed. He then did hearing tests and found he was having some problems. Then I saw Dr. Jackson and dr.jackson treated my son with some medications and now he's doing much better and speaking much more clearly. I didn't even know he was having ear infections and my pediatrician never told me, but I'm glad I saw Dr.Jackson. more

Great! 8/8/2010

The first time I met Dr. Jackson I had been dealing with sinusitis for the last 20 or more years. He said that people like me are the reason he comes to work every day. It has taken a while, and two surgeries later to feel that I am within the ""norm"" and the issues that I do have are fewer and further between. Thanks Dr. J more

Finally I can breathe 8/6/2010

I have had allergies since I was 5 years old. I have had allergy shots from age 5 to 15 and it helped, but never REALLY helped with the Fall and Spring seasons when I got hammered (in bed) for 7-10 days when everything starting blooming and when the leaves fell. more

recurring ear infection 8/4/2010

Saw my nephew. After seeing numerous doctors, diagnosed my nephew with recurrent ear infections and felt confident on what the next treatment plan...suggested surgery but did not push and just told me that's what we likely needed to do...felt very honest more

Great guy for sore throats, stuff on tonsils 8/3/2010

Took out tonsils stone from the back of my throat and was very happy. That stuff was real nasty and dr.jackson was gentle in getting it out... more

Not more ear infections 7/28/2010

My kids and frequent ear infections and after getting tubes from Dr.Jackson, we've hardly ever needed antibiotics again...Very happy with the care we received. more

Excellent physician 7/23/2010

Being a doctor in the area, I always look to refer my patients to good doctors who will treat them the way I would want to be treated. I feel I've found that with Dr. Jackson. I've sent him numerous patients as well as my own family members. He is honest and does what's in the best interest for the patients. more

A good doctor 7/11/2010

Dr. Chacko sent me to see Dr. Jackson after my kids cough and congestion wasn't improving. I had seen my pediatrician and gotten 2 separate rounds of antibiotics...Dr.Jackson was very patient and explained to me the medications that I'll need and possibility for ear tubes more

Great Doctor who genuinely cares 5/22/2010

Dr. Jackson put ear tubes in my daughter when she was 18 months. prior she was on constant antibiotics, she is now going on 9 months with no antibiotics and doing well. Dr. Jackson very friendly and helped explain why we needed surgery and I felt he genuinely cared. Pros: Nice Guy Cons: Sometimes have to wait more

I needed to see an ENT in Roswell area that takes my insurance. Dr. Diamond at Northside ENT in Roswell had treated a family member, so I took a chance. You would be hard pressed to find a doctor with less personality. He told me I needed surgery, was abrupt and indifferent when I asked about other options. So now I have to start over somewhere else. If you are looking for a doctor who cuts you off mid-sentence and ends the appointment with no clear instructions, Diamond's your guy. The staff there is OK. Pros: No long waits Cons: Doc's communication skills more
