I agree with kdshopps review. My GP referred me to this doctor, and although I read the review prior to my visit, I kept the appt. I thought the office staff was fine, but Dr Diamond was not personable and in a hurry to shuffle me out.( and I'm not a big talker with the Docs) I just needed a hearing check, and a couple of things ruled out. If I need to visit an ENT in the future, I'll find another Doctor.
