Went to order a new car but was told all the options I wanted were not avaliable. Bought car off lot but was bugged about the option deal. Checked Fords web site found all options...

Must leave a full day open when you go there. Took 6 hours to get the car that we wanted - when I already test drove it the day prior to make sure that it was the car that I wanted. Six hours to just sign papers?? Oh - and lets not forget the day that I went to go pick it up (Because I had a rental) it took 3 hours to get the window painting off the front windshield and for them to even locate the car. Had to go back a third time because the check engine light turned on one day after purchase and again, another 4 hour day. Im sorry, but 13 hours to buy a car from the ""number one ford dealer in San Diego"" is a bit ridiculous. more

Ripped off 11/21/2009

Went to order a new car but was told all the options I wanted were not avaliable. Bought car off lot but was bugged about the option deal. Checked Fords web site found all options were avaliable. Took drive out to Drew Ford and was told that yes all options were avaliable, took car back to K.M.Ford and ordered new car from Drew. Saved $2000.00 Pros: There are none Cons: Not trust worty more
