Must leave a full day open when you go there. Took 6 hours to get the car that we wanted - when I already test drove it the day prior to make sure that it was the car that I wanted. Six hours to just sign papers?? Oh - and lets not forget the day that I went to go pick it up (Because I had a rental) it took 3 hours to get the window painting off the front windshield and for them to even locate the car. Had to go back a third time because the check engine light turned on one day after purchase and again, another 4 hour day. Im sorry, but 13 hours to buy a car from the ""number one ford dealer in San Diego"" is a bit ridiculous.
