Kean's Fine Dry Cleaning

Ruined my clothes and charged me $50 for 4 pairs of pants!!! I wish I had read these reviews before I went!!! more

I cannot tell you how much this establishment is such a bad dry cleaner! I took in one dress to get cleaned in time for a special event. I went in to get it and they had some greasy stuff on the collar. Of course, they didn't do it and the bill was $12 bucks. 12 BUCKS FOR ONE DRESS! Now I don't have my dress while they attempt to get the stain out. Prices are not posted and the staff is just, indifferent to the customer. I'm like the others, where is the old Kean's. What about quality service at a reasonable price. I predict that this company is about to go bust because I never hear anything positive about them. they are pitiful and i will never go to this place again. Pros: great location, drive up, accessibility Cons: staff indifferent, customer is never right, PRICES WAY TO HIGH more

All employees have been rude. It's a pain to get out of the parking lot at most times of the day and the dry cleaning is bad. One shirt ruined, the rest I could have pressed better after a 12-pack of beer. Don't do it, just don't do it. Pros: Free lint rollers Cons: everything else more

they have terrible service and does not uphold their promises. they are overpriced and the quality of service is the worst i've ever seen. the managers and employees are incompetent. don't ever bring your clothes there unless you want them ruined! more
