I cannot tell you how much this establishment is such a bad dry cleaner! I took in one dress to get cleaned in time for a special event. I went in to get it and they had some greasy stuff on the collar. Of course, they didn't do it and the bill was $12 bucks. 12 BUCKS FOR ONE DRESS! Now I don't have my dress while they attempt to get the stain out. Prices are not posted and the staff is just, indifferent to the customer. I'm like the others, where is the old Kean's. What about quality service at a reasonable price. I predict that this company is about to go bust because I never hear anything positive about them. they are pitiful and i will never go to this place again.

Cons: staff indifferent, customer is never right, PRICES WAY TO HIGH
