Excellent Service from KC's 23 1/2 Plumbing 11/29/2016

We placed a service call as our shower and toilet was backed up. A service man, Kyle was sent out quickly and accessed the problem. Roots had grown into the sewer pipes. He cleared right away and saved us money by not having to do a full flush. Any other Company would have indicated that we needed a FULL FLUSH! Kyle did not and saved us a lot of money. I would highly recommend to anyone! more

Plumbing Service from KC's on November 18th 11/20/2016

Our garbage disposal problem was quickly mitigated though a reset, which did not function at the time of our call due to an apparent time lapse function. However, we turned our attention to the clothes washer faucets, that were prone to leaking, and the plumbing technician, Kyle Wurster, diagnosed and explained the issues. We had Kyle replace the faucet valves and that accomplished with the right parts, the right timing, and the right price. We have used KC's for our home plumbing issues for the past five years and found them to be consistently reliable and exact in their repair work. Kudo's to their technicians, Kyle in this instance, for being experts in their own right and very courteous. more

Stopped up sink 11/16/2016

From the first call to Jesse arriving for the service call everybody was nice. Jesse gave me some good tips on how to deal with grease clogs. I would recommend using KC's Plumbing. more

Good Work 10/29/2016

Work was professional & up to code. Plumber was a little late because of other emergency bookings but completed work as requested. One drawback was plumber basically just did plumbing. After opening panel wall to install new fixtures, job was left to me the client to secure back the removed paneling. Plumber saved me money with his knowledge of how to correct water pressure. more

plumbing today 9/1/2016

Our condo in Palm Springs is a second home where we come to relax. I arrived to find a leak at the turn on/off valve in the hot water cabinet. I called KC's Plumbing and Casey arrived in less than one hour. He repaired the leak and was out within 45 minutes. Having to deal with a leaky hot water heater was not how I like to start my week-end, however, KC and Casey made it painless. more

Service was Excellent 8/25/2016

Encountered an initial scheduling snafu but, after that was relatively easily resolved (rebooked), Kelly came and did a thorough and prompt inspection. Follow same day for repair with Kyle was excellent. Despite the schedule issue, I would recommend KC 23.5 hour plumbing. more

Casey is super! 7/28/2016

Casey is a super sales person. I'd probably purchase a freezer from him if I was an Eskimo in the far far North. There is however, one problem, and that is the price he quoted for the installation plus equipment for a 50 gallon gas water heater. Two competitors beat your price by 500 dollars and I do have to pay attention to costs. Also I'm not certain the income I should get for July will be coming in... so the situation may be moot. Casey by the way did explain how top notch the water heater he recommended was but my budget just cant do it. Thank him for coming out. M.E. Haenggi more

My pool fill valve had to be replaced. As usual Jesse showed up prepared, explained everything to me and completed the job in just a few minutes. He even gave me a break on the labor because the job was easier than anticipated. Jesse has helped us several times in the past including a large job to re-pipe the whole house. He is simply the best. I always request Jesse if possible for any plumbing job! more
