Our garbage disposal problem was quickly mitigated though a reset, which did not function at the time of our call due to an apparent time lapse function. However, we turned our attention to the clothes washer faucets, that were prone to leaking, and the plumbing technician, Kyle Wurster, diagnosed and explained the issues. We had Kyle replace the faucet valves and that accomplished with the right parts, the right timing, and the right price.
We have used KC's for our home plumbing issues for the past five years and found them to be consistently reliable and exact in their repair work. Kudo's to their technicians, Kyle in this instance, for being experts in their own right and very courteous.
