Your representative, Luis, was quite competent. We appreciated that he had the TOTO parts with him, other wise my husband would have been very upset if Luis had had to go out to get the parts. more

Can't go wrong with KC's Plumbing! 6/28/2017

I set up the appointment with TINA. She's amazing, friendly and professional. The tech arrived on time, and introduced himself as JESSIE. He enlighten me on the situation with my faucet and what my options were. Once I decided on the direction I wanted to go, he got started without hesitation. He kept a neat work area and was aware of my all white bathroom. He was very professional and knew his stuff. Jessie was simply on point and amazing. Yes I will use this company again. Thank you Jessie, Tina and KC plumbing! more

Faucet repair 5/5/2017

We contacted KC's plumbing regarding a leaky faucet. That same day a technician (Kyle), responded to our request. He diagnosed the problem, contacted the manufacturer and determined the faucet was under warranty. We forwarded a copy of our receipt to the manufacturer and received a replacement part within several days. We could not be happier with our experience with KC's plumbing and their technician Kyle. more

The best plumbing experience of my life 4/25/2017

In two days, KC's 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing did two jobs for me: repaired a "running toilet," which your technician, Kyle, diagnosed in less than a minute and had it up and running effectively once he replaced a part. The best part of this, aside from the speed and excellence of the work, was the price. I was "gobsmacked" by how little I paid. The second job was the installation of a new hot water heater. Kyle had diagnosed a leak after fixing the toilet. He was here the next day, and I now have a new water heater at a really good cost and a wonderful warranty. Thanks to the gang at KC's. more

Water Heater 2/15/2017

From the first phone call at 7am the best Customer Service every, she was cheerful and said Luis would come out between 11 and 1 he arrived at 11:30 discussed issue with my and recommended a new heater, mine was 25 years old. Price was about what I expected, when he went to drain the heater a huge hole blew through the heater and water gushed, storage room has old carpet, I told him I live alone and am a Senior woman he took care of everything, Took out carpet,cleaned up storage room and disposed of carpet. Thank you Luis!! and Thank You KC...Wonderful doing business with caring and professional people! more

New Customer 2/13/2017

Luis went above and beyond with Customer Service, he came on time we discussed price for new water heater. He installed right away, there was additional problems with wet carpet in storage area which he removed for me and disposed of. I live alone so this to me was wonderful. This company from the first phone call at 7am was quick to understand my problem and came within a few hours. If you need service call KC's trust me you won't be disappointed. Water Heater Installation 12/18/2016

Our water heater failed on a Thur and Jessie was able to come to our house at 6 pm on Friday to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. He returned on Sat am and installed a new heater. He was very informative about solutions to our problem and was able to complete our new installation on Sat. This the second time that we have Jessie for a plumbing issue and it has been a pleasure to have him work for us. more
