Stress Relief 1/7/2010

I learned that Dahn Yoga was excercise for my body, mind and soul, something I need daily! I I love all of the classes and the more I do, the more I grow! Brain Wave Vibration is a remarkable technique that quiets my ever-talking mind and clears my thoughts. It allows peace to enter and a calm to settle over me that lets me get deeper into finding my true self. It is simple enough that I do it at work to help me relieve stress and to refocus. I taught it to my children so they can focus more on their homework and handle the stresses of their day. I highly recommend it to everyone!\r \r Pros: I feel refreshed Cons: It really works for everyone more

Less stress in travaling 10/13/2009

When I'm traveling, I use Brain Wave Vibration while sitting in the airport or on the plane. It helps me to relieve anxiety and stress. I keep my Brain Wave Vibration CD with me while I'm traveling and I do the intestinal breathing exercises while I'm sitting in the airport or on the plane. I can do the Brain Wave Vibration while I'm waiting in the airport because you know, when you move your head back and forth, people think you're just loosening up for the trip, but really I'm relaxing and clearing my mind to be more alert for whatever comes with a positive attitude! I usually have very little jetlag once I arrive at my location, but it used to really bad before I used Brain Wave Vibration. I would always have anxiety but now I'm more relaxed and take my time. I'm never in a rush. I think joining Dahn Yoga and learning Brain Wave Vibration has been the best investment and preventative health care that I could have found.\r Cons: Try it and experience great benefit more

Increase energy & peace in mind 10/13/2009

I am now in my sixth week of practice dahn yoga and I can say that I am feeling better and better. I have a lot more energy and flexibility. The instructors are very warm and loving. \r Last weekend, I completed Self Discovery workshop and found it to be very helpful. I feel like I now have a clearer vision for my life and I look forward to how that will unfold. \r Peace and love,\r Pros: I feel every day I'm growing Cons: Let's keep Health, Happiness & peace more

Loose weight & energy up 10/13/2009

Since I’ve been coming to Dahn Yoga I have experienced many positive changes. I have lost 25pounds and my energy level has increased greatly. I am much more flexible and the arthritis in my hands has all but disappeared.\r \r I only have occasional flair ups. I no longer have acid reflux or symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Great relief for chronic headache & stress 10/13/2009

My first goal was to minimize or eliminate chronic headache problems that I was having, as well as some back pain, and I can say that the headaches are fewer and not as strong as they used to be. So, I’ve been able to use less medication, which is a great relief. But in addition to that, I’ve also gained more flexibility in my back and legs and neck. It was a benefit that I didn’t expect, but I’m really enjoying that. Sitting at a desk job all day long, that helps me to keep my stress down and have a more comfortable work life. So I’m grateful for Mind Body Yoga and I would encourage anyone who’s looking into it to at least try it, give it 3 months, and I think you’ll find a difference in just that short of time. Pros: Great body & mind healing place Cons: I really want to recommend for better health more

Not really Yoga 3/25/2009

The instructor is very nice but the ""yoga"" taught is not yoga. Pressing one's intestines up during odd breathing is not like any yoga I've ever experienced. Also, be aware that Dahn is a selling point. You will sign up for classes and they will try and sell additional ""training."" Google Dahn Yoga...the yoga community does not like them, but I'm not going to get into that argument. Center in Katy is clean, instructor is nice. It's just not yoga. Pros: Excellent instructor Cons: Exercises are not yoga more

Great customer service 3/28/2007

I am a Baby member just starting Dahn yoga for 2months.\r I have a strong shoulder pain and back pain when I have started. Honestly I am not a excerise person. but this practice is so unique. It make me always focuse my-self and encourage me exercise. it so amazing. I lose 10 pound since practice dahn yoga. I feel much better my shoulders and emotions too.I really have started love exercise in daily routine. more
