Steer clear of this place and go somewhere else. Glenn has lots of money making ideas but no common sense for reason. The reviews here are the exact same and both are wrong, he has no shop and Hanna is in Ohio. In Ohio doing a review for a place in Texas is absurd especially when you say you took your computer to his shop and he has none. Andy is fictitious and that is Glenn at his best copying a review and it backfiring....Go to a reliable source when checking out this company and don't believe the reviews you read.
