Kasper Auto Group

Had an appointment set up to test drive a vehicle...as I was pulling in 1/2 hour early for my appointment, the vehicle I was there to test drive pulled out. When I asked why I was told that there was no guarantee I was going to show for my appointment, so they let a walk in test drive, and I could wait around and if he wasn't interested, I could drive it. I had told these people I was driving an hour just to look at this vehicle...how frustrating that someone was given the opportunity to buy it out from under me minutes before it was even time for my appointment. I was ready to drive this vehicle home...Had my financing set and all my financial institute needed was a copy of the buyers order and it could be mine within 30 minutes. I was told that I shouldn't have expected the vehicle to be available for long...I would have thought they could have at least honored my appointment...let the walk in guy wait around, and if I wasn't interested, they HE could test drive it. What happened to customer service??? It is business like this that could care less about customers...it is businesses like this that I have NO desire to deal with...THANKS FOR NOTHING KASPER AUTO GROUP...I'm sure in the end you saved me other frustrations of dealing with your group. more

u-joints replaced on drive shaft then drive shaft vibrates took back they said its now off balance can do anything was not messed up before kasper should fix more

Bryan Kasper and his team are dishonest at best. Prices are high and Bryan the owner could care less about the client so long as he gets sales. Kasper auto group is a joke more

i will never buy another vehicle from kasper, nothing but lies, life time warranty sucks as soon as they can find anything you did wrong they drop the warranty suck suck suck suck..... more

I was having trouble starting my car and wanted to take it somewhere to get looked at. I wasn't sure what the problem was but I was afraid that one day I would go to start it and I wouldn't be able to start it at all. So I made an apointment and took it to this place to have it looked at. They found out what the problem was pretty quickly and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix. It wasn't that much which I was really glad of and they were able to fix the problem pretty quickly. more
