Had an appointment set up to test drive a vehicle...as I was pulling in 1/2 hour early for my appointment, the vehicle I was there to test drive pulled out. When I asked why I was told that there was no guarantee I was going to show for my appointment, so they let a walk in test drive, and I could wait around and if he wasn't interested, I could drive it. I had told these people I was driving an hour just to look at this vehicle...how frustrating that someone was given the opportunity to buy it out from under me minutes before it was even time for my appointment. I was ready to drive this vehicle home...Had my financing set and all my financial institute needed was a copy of the buyers order and it could be mine within 30 minutes. I was told that I shouldn't have expected the vehicle to be available for long...I would have thought they could have at least honored my appointment...let the walk in guy wait around, and if I wasn't interested, they HE could test drive it. What happened to customer service??? It is business like this that could care less about customers...it is businesses like this that I have NO desire to deal with...THANKS FOR NOTHING KASPER AUTO GROUP...I'm sure in the end you saved me other frustrations of dealing with your group.
