Dear Mr Kaplan\r \r I wanted to be sure you were aware of the outstanding customer service that I received from Mr. John Clark, Service Manager, on August 28, 2013. Mr. Clark not only quickly diagnosed my laptop problem but resolved it in a matter of a few minutes.\r \r I thought you would find it interesting to know that I did have other technicians outside of Kaplan unsuccessfully diagnose the problem.\r \r I hope that you have a recognition program that will reward Mr. Clark for his outstanding customer facing skills which are very rare to find these days but certainly a quality that will foster customer loyalty and repeat business.\r \r Cynthia from Tolland more

All of they're refurbished and alot of new items are returned merchandise with underlying issues. Don't buy a computer here unless you want to argue with Ken when you have to return it cause its garbage. He is a very sad businessman that portrays himself as a righteous Christian when he is the opposite in his life. He is a liar and should not have a business with the practices he uses. more

A place I can actually trust. 2/1/2011

The store has lots of room and a place to sit down while waiting. Knowledgeable people. They stand by their work, call when it’s ready, and competitive. I worked up my pick up schedule which eliminated repeated wasted travel time. I know I will be back again when I need your help.\r \r more
