Kaiser is a special company, obviously run by an executive who deeply cares about his customers and his employees, and who clearly manages a superb team of committed professionals. My project required several house visits, each with a special job, and get this--even though I offered to pay every time, they would not take my money until the whole project was completed. It's strange to be turned down for payment by a company that is working hard on your behalf, but that's what they did twice. This kind of trust is hard to come by in this world of pay it now business. Caroline, the person who manages Kaiser's appointments, is perfect for the job; she's a warm and excellent communicator who exudes what I think should be the company' motto, "We care, and we will show it to you every time". She's great, as is their customer service in general. Noel was the technician that came all the way to my house in Santa Barbara, and he was a quintessential pro when it came to every aspect of my HVAC system including a complex air purifier that was out of date and for which parts were no longer available. He figured out how to replace the unit as a fraction of the cost of buying a new one, saving me probably at least $500. The other work he did was superior in all ways, leaving me with a modern, up to date system that performs better than it did ten years ago when it when it was new. One last thing about Noel; he is an easy going guy with great communication skills. Plus he's very smart and very experienced. And he is a consumer advocate. Ask for him. You will be lucky if you get him, though I suspect all of Kaiser's reps are extremely well trained. So do I recommend Kaiser Air Conditioning? That would a resounding YES, YES, YES! more

We recently had the guys over at Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal install a new air conditioning unit for us and it looks great. As far as the installation goes that whole process was great and the end result was even better than we had hoped for. The installers were very professional and courteous and they did the installation very quickly. What was not as quick was getting the appointment for installing. We had to wait a couple of months after selecting which unit we wanted for them to install it which was kind of disappointing. Other than that though, the price was good and like I said the unit looks and works great. more

My first experience with Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal was so good that I have called them two more times to repair my heating and air conditioning unit. The person who came out immediately identified the problem by testing the igniter and he had the replacement part on his truck, so he came prepared and I really liked that about him. He fixed the problem that day and was very pleasant. I've had three different technicians from Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal come to my house and they've ALL been amazing. The technicians who installed the unit were very nice and polite, and they answered any and every question that we had. They do a good job on everything--they do heating air conditioning, duct work and sheet metal work. They are good, honest people and I trust them. I've gotten to know their people, and most of them have been there for a long time--Bob Napier, a salesman/estimator; Cory, who is Caroline's husband; and Cory's brother Steve. My dad worked with their dad and we've all been in construction about 40 to 60 years. They are good honest people. more

Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal has done different things for me since 2009. It is great that there's a very quick response time every time I've called. I hired them to fix an air conditioning unit on a property that my grandparents live in--they were in the valley and it was over 100 degrees. We had another company come out and they charged a bunch of money and it didn't make a difference, because the air conditioning only worked for a couple days. We called Kaiser Air Conditioning and they came out and solved the problem in a very cost-effective way. Right away they found the issue and fixed it. This happened in August and the unit still works great. They've done other things for me: installing an air conditioning unit on a condo I used to own and fixing the furnace in the house I live in now. They were able to get their technician Noel out here within a day or two. He was very quick and told me what was going on. I was impressed that he had the tablet with all the pricing on there for me. That helped me to trust them and their prices, which are fixed and very clearly communicated. Noel had the part on his truck, and within forty minutes he fixed the problem. The price was very reasonable for how long he was out. Their response is very impressive and, even comparing them to other vendors, their experience and professionalism is higher than any other I have dealt with in the field. I don't have to worry that I'll get gouged and I totally trust them. I know all their techs are very well trained and equipped. more

Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal was very good. I had them come out and inspect my AC unit and I ordered some replacement parts from them. The inspector was very nice and professional, and they were reasonably priced. It was a very good experience and I'm very happy with the job. The was only one little thing- they were supposed to call me and bring a vent filter over, but they haven't done that yet. They might still be sending it over right now, so there are no problems. more

My air conditioner was broken and I was sweating bullets by the time I gave Kaiser Air Conditioning and Sheet Metal a call. The repairman came in, figured out the problem with my AC, and fixed it in less than an hour! He was very professional and clear about what was going on and what he was going to do. I could tell he knew what he was doing and was very on point throughout the repair. I paid about $200 for the repair but I think that was mainly to cover parts for the AC; I found the service fee itself to be pretty good. He fixed what I needed and I'm happy that my AC is working again! more

Kaiser has been working with us for about 5 years now, maybe even longer. They've taken care of everything we've ever needed. They worked on things such as the thermostat and re-installing the garage system. They come on time and they're clean. As for their value and cost for service, I felt it was a bit high because I'm on an annual contract and they skipped one of my appointments. They may alter my price at the end of my contract, but we'll see. I'm very pleased with all of the work that they've done. The quality has been great. more
