Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal has done different things for me since 2009. It is great that there's a very quick response time every time I've called.
I hired them to fix an air conditioning unit on a property that my grandparents live in--they were in the valley and it was over 100 degrees. We had another company come out and they charged a bunch of money and it didn't make a difference, because the air conditioning only worked for a couple days. We called Kaiser Air Conditioning and they came out and solved the problem in a very cost-effective way. Right away they found the issue and fixed it. This happened in August and the unit still works great.
They've done other things for me: installing an air conditioning unit on a condo I used to own and fixing the furnace in the house I live in now. They were able to get their technician Noel out here within a day or two. He was very quick and told me what was going on. I was impressed that he had the tablet with all the pricing on there for me. That helped me to trust them and their prices, which are fixed and very clearly communicated. Noel had the part on his truck, and within forty minutes he fixed the problem. The price was very reasonable for how long he was out.
Their response is very impressive and, even comparing them to other vendors, their experience and professionalism is higher than any other I have dealt with in the field. I don't have to worry that I'll get gouged and I totally trust them. I know all their techs are very well trained and equipped.
