Kaiser is a special company, obviously run by an executive who deeply cares about his customers and his employees, and who clearly manages a superb team of committed professionals. My project required several house visits, each with a special job, and get this--even though I offered to pay every time, they would not take my money until the whole project was completed. It's strange to be turned down for payment by a company that is working hard on your behalf, but that's what they did twice. This kind of trust is hard to come by in this world of pay it now business. Caroline, the person who manages Kaiser's appointments, is perfect for the job; she's a warm and excellent communicator who exudes what I think should be the company' motto, "We care, and we will show it to you every time". She's great, as is their customer service in general. Noel was the technician that came all the way to my house in Santa Barbara, and he was a quintessential pro when it came to every aspect of my HVAC system including a complex air purifier that was out of date and for which parts were no longer available. He figured out how to replace the unit as a fraction of the cost of buying a new one, saving me probably at least $500. The other work he did was superior in all ways, leaving me with a modern, up to date system that performs better than it did ten years ago when it when it was new. One last thing about Noel; he is an easy going guy with great communication skills. Plus he's very smart and very experienced. And he is a consumer advocate. Ask for him. You will be lucky if you get him, though I suspect all of Kaiser's reps are extremely well trained. So do I recommend Kaiser Air Conditioning? That would a resounding YES, YES, YES!
